Another comment has appeared on my original post relating to the motorcycle parts and accessories deal;er Old bike Barn. You can read the new comment right here. Suffice to say, it looks like OBB has lost another customer.
I did fill in a request on the OBB website telling them about all the complaints relating to their company that has popped up on my blog, but I received nothing in reply.
I wouldn’t like to say what impression that leaves, but what do you think?

Don\’t count on getting what you order. On June 26, 2009 I ordered a AMS Confort Seat Pad for my motorcycle. Bike Barn\’s website says they ship in two days. I did not receive an email saying it was shipped. The website said \"pending fulfillment\". I tried calling their phone line 1-800-616-8495, and no one answers. It said no one is available to answer the phone. I left a voice mail and emailed them, on July 1. I finally got an email saying they are experiencing high volumes of customer support and they will ship out within the next 2 days after arrival from one of their west coast warehouses. Then on July 8 I got an email saying that the item was on the invoice but not in the shipment they received and now are asking if I want to cancel the order. I wrote back whether they would get it in the next week. No answer. I called their phone line, no one answers. I will never order from them again. I was counting on getting this gel pad for a long motorcycle trip and I am very disappointed.
Yep, Old Bike Barn is up there with the best of scams.
You order an item/items, they charge your credit card more than what your order should have been then nothing….No merchandise, No contact etc.
If this happens to you, save all of your attempts to contact them, receipts etc. and contact your bank that you have your card with and they will go after them. Stay clear of these guys…
Old Bike Barn is a scam. They are not a real company; no bricks and morter, just a website with lots of promises. They are punks. They mus have a slimmy webmaster who allows anything. I\’m having the same problem as all the others. They take your money, provide a receipt and they don\’t provide the merchandise. Thats called theft. They should be in jail. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
They have really gone south on us. I guess crime does pay. I would state all my grief but the previous blogs have said it all. Another site to look out for is Pinwall cycle EBAY.
I wish that I had found you people earlier. Oh well back to JC Whitney.
